One valid vote per device (for example: mobile smartphone, desktop computer, tablet) allowed every 24-hours during the voting period. No purchase necessary. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
Voting period is open from 9am on Friday, June 13th, 2014 through 12pm on Tuesday, July 1st, 2014.
The current standings will be updated daily (Monday-Friday) at approximately 12pm from Monday, June 16, 2014 through the end of the voting period. Total votes for each finalist will be posted after the close of the voting period.
Voting is tracked by cookie and IP Address. Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.
Any attempts to vote more than once per 24-hour period with the same device may result in disqualification of the submitted finalist and removal of votes.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Contest sponsors are KFMB/Midwest Television, Inc., SDGE, and San Diego River Parks Foundation (“Sponsors”).
Entrants further grant to the Sponsors the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest. The Sponsors reserve the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
The Sponsors reserve the right to terminate, cancel, suspend or modify this Sweepstakes if Sponsors determine that fraud, technical failures, or other acts or events beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors have compromised the fairness or integrity of this Sweepstakes.
The Sponsors are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God. The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, Inc., and/or KFMB/Midwest Television, Inc. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
The Sponsors reserve the right to change the rules at any time.
