Voting period is open from 9am on Friday, November 16, 2012 through 12pm on Thursday, December 6, 2012.
Vote totals will be hidden from view starting Monday, December 3, 2012 through the end of the voting period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible votes received.
Voting is tracked by cookie / IP Address and will allow for one vote for one finalist every 24-hours until 12pm, December 6, 2012.
Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.
Any attempts to vote more than once per day with the same device IP Address may result in disqualification of the submitted finalist and removal of votes.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Contest sponsors are KFMB/Midwest Television, Inc., SDGE, and San Diego River Parks Foundation (“Sponsors”).
Entrants further grant to the Sponsors the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest. The Sponsors reserve the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
The Sponsors reserve the right to terminate, cancel, suspend or modify this Sweepstakes if Sponsors determine that fraud, technical failures, or other acts or events beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors have compromised the fairness or integrity of this Sweepstakes.
The Sponsors are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
